The honest summary is that we keep very little, because keeping things creates work and risk and gives us nothing in return. What follows is the whole of it.

The list

Your name and email address, a phone number and country if you gave them, a record of what you have ordered, and the technical settings that make up your own line. Owners of a MAG or Formuler box also have that box’s hardware number on file, since that number is how the service knows which box belongs to you.

The things that never arrive here

Card numbers, above all. The card box you type into during checkout belongs to the payment gateway, sits behind 3-D Secure, and is verified by your own bank. What comes back to us afterwards is a yes or a no and a reference for the transaction, and nothing else. Nor do we keep any record of what you watch, which channels you open or how long you stay on them.

Why each item is on the list

To build your subscription and to add time to it later. To send you your details when they are made and again if you ask. To recognise you when you write in, so a person can look at the right account. And to keep the ordinary transaction records any business is expected to be able to produce.

Cookies

There is one, and it exists so that signing in lasts longer than a single click. It is written only once you have signed in or ordered, it carries a random session token rather than anything about you, and it is flagged HttpOnly and Secure so that no script on the page can read it. Nothing on this site advertises to you or follows you elsewhere.

Who else sees it

The payment gateway, so that a payment can happen at all, and the provisioning system, so that a line can be created for you. That is the end of the list. Nothing here is sold, rented, traded or handed to an advertiser.

How long it stays

For as long as the account is live, and for a sensible while afterwards so the books balance. Ask us to delete your account whenever you like and we will do it, keeping back only what the law requires us to keep.

What you can ask for

A copy of everything we hold, a correction to any of it, or its removal. Send the request from the address the account is registered to, to support@best4kzone.site, and a person will see to it.

How it is looked after

Every page and every request travels over HTTPS. Passwords are stored one way only, as hashes, so nobody here can read yours back, and a reset genuinely means a new one rather than somebody looking up the old one. Customer records are reachable only by the people who need them in order to answer you.
