Add time to the line you have

Renewing extends what is already there rather than replacing it. Your server address, username and password stay exactly as they are, so nobody has to touch a setting on any telly in the house.

Use the same email address you first ordered with. That is what ties this renewal to the subscription you already hold. A different address creates a brand new line beside the old one rather than extending it, and untangling that afterwards is far more awkward than asking us beforehand.
